Auto Update of formula fields

Good morning, I am trying to find a way to auto update a field in a table
which calculates the total of the column above, (without having to physically
press F9).

Any help is appreciated.

You will have to press something (unless the calculation comes from the
contents of form fields) - the update macro at
http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm attached to a keyboard shortcut
or toolbar button should do the trick.
