Auto SIgn in problem

I have problems with messenger automatically signing in when I start Outlook, which I dont want it to do
I have changed the settings in outlook -> options -> sign in automatically when outlook starts (disabled). And I have changed the settings of messenger itself, in main window, tools, automatic sign in is disabled

Does anyone have an idea

To stop this behavior, close Outlook Express, then download and run the following .reg file:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/downloads/stopmessenger_oe.reg

After this, Outlook Express will no longer load Messenger.
