auto processing of meeting requests

I want the appointments to be automatically
processed. I have checked the box in calendar options that says
automatically accept meeting requests and process cancelations but it still
does not
work. Meeting invites are put as tentative on the calendar but will not
process to be accepted, even after waiting a bit. There are no rules
conflicting. Why isn't this working and how can I correct it. Of course it
has to be the Exec Dir who want it.

You need to set up auto-accept in Calendar Options->Resource Scheduling.
