Auto populate table with data

Is there a way to just press tab and have a new row of data automatically
populate in a table?

I am not good in Word, so I will try to explain. If I have a table in word
with three columns of data, is there a way to tab through it to create a new
row below it that first row that will populate with the same data as row one?

Thanks,
Jacq

You want to literally repeat the same data in more than one row of the
table? That's easy -- select the row you want to repeat, Copy, create
blank rows (several ways to do it!), and select the row(s) you want to
repeat the data in, and Paste.

If you copied a complete row of data, you have to choose complete rows
to paste into.
