Auto Open Outlook Today when turning on my computer

When I turn on my computer, I would like that Outlook Today open automatically.
So that I can see whats coming up for the day and the week etc. without
having to point and click to open Outlook Today.
 
Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options.

Change the dropdown to Outlook Today and that will be the first thing to
appear when opening Outlook.

This is in my Outlook (2000).
