Auto message from one e-mail to another

My team have a generic Outlook inbox, of which I am the owner. The Calendar
is our organisation of to who answers the phone each day (on rotation) with
10 people involved. Everyone has to use their own individual e-mails during
our working day, but everyone does not need to open the Generic one every day
- just has to have access to it.

There is a reminder which pops up in the Generic inbox, but as people are
forgetful in calling up the generic one each day, when not needed, they
forget to check whose turn it is for the 'phone' rota.

I am looking to find a way, where the reminder will go from the generic
e-mail box, direct to each individual e-mail concerned for that day.

Is there a way?

There is also another reminder I need to send regularly, which if found, I
could use the same facility, and make it easier - if automation was possible?

Any ideas?

You could use scripts or reminder utilities but I'd consider making the
appointments as meeting requests so its added to the appropriate person's
calendar.
