auto logout

I am trying to log into my windows 2000 server, and when
i log in with the correct authenictaion it boots me right
out. We do not have cconnect running either. We recieve
this error message

"the procedure entry point systemfunction 041 cannot be
located in the dtnamic link libary
advapi32.dll"

I would reapply the latest service pack. Sounds like a bad version of
ADVAPI or a corrupt file. Maybe chkdsk too.
