Auto Login as Guest on Remote Computers

I am trying to set up windows 2000 to log in to remote
computers as a guest when accessing various FTP and HTTP
web site's. Does anyone know how to set up Win2000 to
automatically login as the Guest account?
 
When using FTP or HTTP via IE you will try Anonymous by default. I don't
know if there is a specific way to have anonymous be "guest"
