Auto-hide taskbar

I have been using this since win95. I have also been experiencing the same
problem since win95.

ok, ok, I'll tell u the problem. It sometimes does not unhide. Any ideas,
beside turn off auto-hide??

Any advice given is my attempt to show appreciation for all

no win key here. It should always unhide when mouse pointer touches bottom
of screen.
 
True if Window with focus is NOT to bottom.

In "task bar properties", is "keep the taskbar on top of other windows"
checked?

of course. Displayed window has focus and I need to change to another
window, so I move my pointer to touch bottom of screen, and.....no taskbar
appears. This s---s.

solutions ??
