Auto forward email from 1 inbox to another without being in email.

Someone in my group is going on vacation. She will not have access to her
work email. She gets an e-newsletter and would like to set it up to
automatically forward to my email.

Is there a way to do this?

If she is not going to access her email (ie she's not going to open Outlook)
then the rule to forward that email has to reside on the server. Now, if
you are using Exchange Server as your email server, then this should not be
a problem for her to create the rule. Most other email server applications
would have to have the email admin add such a rule on the server.

Or she can just unsubscribe from the newsletter and you subscribe to it in
her absence.
