Auto Fill or Complete;how do I remove entrys

I am wondering how to remove the bad entrys in auto fill
or auto complete. I mean where a I have had to change a
password or a user name. I can't even find any help in
the on line help. thanks

When an incorrect password appears in a drop-down list,
click once on it to highlight the password, then press your
DELETE key on your keyboard.
