Auto Disconnection

Dear all,

I have winxppro with sp2 and NAV2005 on a user's laptop, the laptop network
and internet connection freqeuntly disconnects when not in use. (all I need
to restart the pc to back to the connection)
I have 2 server (win2kserver and NT4server), I have already applied the
patch to win2kserver for the autodisconnect, but not on NT4server. My
windows2000 users are very much ok, except these XP users.

Go into Device Manager and check the Properties for the Nic. Under Power
Management make sure the Allow the computer to turn off this device to
save power is not ticked.
