My volume does not work at all. I need to know how to
turn my audio device on cuz a message keeps coming up as

no active mixer devices usually means the sound card drivers are not
installed. Look in Device Manager and see if your sound card is there or if
it has a yellow or red mark next to it which means it has a problem.
Reinstall your drivers. Or just delete the sound card entries and reboot to
see if windows will install them for you.

Go to Start/Run, and type DEVMGMT.MSC , highlight the sound device, Action
menu, "Uninstall", then restart Windows, to find the device drivers again
automatically.
