Hi All,

I have a program sends emails to an inbox every time it processes another
in-coming email. After the mail comes in, some rules are processed by the
application and then it's done with those emails. However, the program does
not delete the emails after it processes the rules. Is there a way or delete
all email messages after 24 hours or such? I set-up a rule to move all email
to the deleted items when they came in, but it was too fast for the other
program to run.
Also when moving those messages to the deleted items, it not completly
delete those emails. Is there any way to complete delete emails, from the
in-box, after 24 hours?

TIA,
Homer

What about not keeping them? Instead of archive, just deleteing?

The autoarchive function includes the ability to delete instead of save to
another location. I'll bet you didn't even look.

Well I guess it was by bad for not realizing that “Expired Items†= "all
mail". I set the rule up, but also wasn’t smart enough to figure out how to
force it. I guess that is another down fall of being a new guy. Sorry to
waste your time with a newbie question, it won’t happen again.
