Auto Creation of Favorites

Hi all, I am looking to use XP as the OS for all of my companies
computers (200+). I am in the process of creating an image, and have a
small bit of irritation with IE... Is there not a way to prevent the
'auto favorites' (MSN.com, Radio Station Guide, Links folder) from
being created for each new user that logs onto the PC?

A great way to manage the deployment of IE is to use the IEAK:

Hi Bank National de Paris Sysadmin!

On your image machine, start the Group Policy editor (gpedit.msc) and
navigate to User Configuration\Internet Explorer Maintenance\URLs\Favorites
and Links. You will find an option the to Delete existing Favorites and
Links, if Present. On the same dialog you can add your own company favorites
and links to the users profile.

Thanks Rob, that is helpful, but would this not also delete any user
favorites that they create? I am not looking to lock it down, just
remove unnecessary links...
