Auto correct

I am a medical transcriptionist. I use the autocorrect and autotext
functions in Word for Windows on every job I go to. Each hospital/clinic I
go to, I have to redo all my autocorrect and autotext functions. I know
there must be a way to copy that file and take it with me and plot it into
the program so I don't have to do this each time. Can anybody help me with
this??? Tech support at the hospitals seem dumbfounded by it all.

See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/General/FilesToBackup.htm and
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/ExportAutocorrect.htm and
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/WhatTemplatesStore.htm. In your
case, you want to copy your AutoText entries from your Normal.dot to a
specific template and load it as an add-in. No one would thank you for
overwriting a customized Normal.dot!
