Auto Correct

Auto Correct seems not to work more often than not. It just keeps telling me
an entry already exists for a particular error. Why doesn't it just use the
entry I've already created ?
 
You can't have duplicate entries in the AutoCorrect table. You're trying to
add an entry where one exists already.
