Auto copy attached messages

I currently recieve a load of email from a company I work for via an email forward from their mail server. The messages arrive in my mailbox as attachments within an email. I am looking for some code to automatically open the emails, copy the attached message to an outlook folder and delete the forwarded message.

Has any one done anything like this, dose anyone one have any code?
