Auto configuration of Client outlook with new user account

How can I setup a new network user account and not have to
go to each workstation to connect Outlook to the exchange
server via the connection wizard. Can it be automatically
configured?

Use office resource kit (can be downloaded from office website). With custom
installation wizard, you can create a transformations (.mst) file which will
contain many preconfigured options for office program - including option to
install Outlook in already configured mode (%username% is entered in place
of user exhchange alias). All you need to do after that is to use software
installation feature of the group policy to deploy Office with the
transformation file.
