Not sure if it is a settings problem or what. Try this: control
panel>internet options>advanced tab> check inline autocomplete for web
addresses>apply>OK out.
If you have that enabled already, then go to the content tab in Internet
options>autocomplete>make sure that the checkbox is enabled for use
autocomplete for web addresses>OK>OK out.
