Where is the auto complete info kept in the Windows 2000 Pro registry?

How do I decode it?

What encryption system is it? Possible Base 24 like the Windows Product Key

Any help would be appreciated.
 
So what you're asking is how to hack this and steal passwords and user
information from the autocomplete? If you have misplaced passwords and the
like, I would suggest that you contact the websites and authorizing sources
to reset the passwords.

This is the way that should work and you should be thankful that this is not
immediately accessible. While there are ways into it, I would suggest
taking the responsible route to the information that is yours.
