How do you turn on the auto complete feature that will allow me to typ a few
characters and Outlook would put in the rest. For example:

In your last email you wrote:

Before I receive my new work computer I was able to just type "in your" and
Outlook would fill in the rest. I cannot figure out how to turn this feature
on.

You need to use word as the editor and configure autotext or autocomplete
entries.

I checked and I am using Word 2003 as my editor to compose mail. Now where
do I go to configure autotext?

Tools>AutoCorrect Options>AutoText tab.
