does anyone know how to turn on the auto complete in Outlook
I forgot to add in outlook 2007

It does not work until you actually email people - it does not rely on your contact folder, it relies on the names you have resolved when sending email. It is a common misperception that checking that box automatically resolves all email addresses. It uses the *nk2 file for its repository, not the contacts folder.
