auto cc to myself?

I use my email on several computers. Receiving emails is no problem.
Sent emails are only on one computer. I want to automatically send a copy of
all outgoing emails to my own email address. Anyone know how to set this up?
 
View->Options->Include this address.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
