Auto Caculation

Hi All

I am having a problem with Excel 2000, If I go to
options and caculations and set to Auto Caculation, the
next time I open Excel it has returned to Manual
calculation. Not matter what I seem to do I have the same
problem. If anyone has any answers to this, please

Hi Dave,

The calculation mode is taken from the first workbook opened in the instance
of Excel. Or, of course, any manual resetting of this mode afterwards. It
applies then to all open workbooks.
