Excel 2007 does not always caculate lookups manual caculation mode

We have large Excel 2007 models that have big lookup tables, because it takes
15-20 minuts to caculate we keep in manual caculation mode. I copy my daily
data to the lookup Tables - then press F9 to caculate. It will caculated for
15-20 minutes the the Calculate indecator goes off. But some rows of dats
have not updated - they show old information - even though the formula is
correct. If i just copy the formula down again and press F9 again it usely
works.

Hi,

Apparently your spreadsheets are so complex that the calculation engine is
not doing a complete job. Here are a couple of alternatives: (first I would
close any workbooks that are not involved)

F9 - recalculates all open workbooks
Shift+F9 - recalculates the active workbook
Ctrl+Alt+F9 -Recalculates all open workbooks regardless of changes - Full
recalc
Ctrl+Alt+Shift+F9 -Rechecks dependent formulas and then calculates all cells
in all open workbooks, including cells not marked as needing to be calculated.

Test each and see 1. how long it takes 2. whether all the formulas are
correct. test after importing your data.

Believe it or no spreadsheet structure actually affects recalculations.
