Auto Backup

i am using windows xp pro and access 2003

what i need is a easy way to have a database backed up to another
location at either a set time or on the computers start (preferably
start up)

Can anyone tell me if this is possible

I am using the Windows backup with scheduler for this. Works great -
backs up the 1.2 Gb database onto 3 remote PCs on the LAN in 3 to 20 min
(some NICs are very, very old).
