Auto Arrange Desktop files

In XP I could right click the desktop and do auto arrange. Any way to do
this in vista?

Secondly in Outlook Express I could search for text in all messages but I
can't find a way to do this in Windows mail. Am I missing something?

Did you try Right Click/View?

Did you try Edit/Find/Message, fill in the text in the Message Box, and
click Find Now?
