AUto Archive

Greeings:

In outlook 2003, I like to use the auto archive feature.
Can you point me to instructions on how I can archive a main folder and all
sub folders related to. I deal with projects and like to archive a main
poroject folders and all its sob foders, then be able refer tho them and open
then in the same folder structure.

You need to set the auto archive for each folder individually. Right-click
on the folder, select Properties then look in the auto-archive tab. If you
use the main auto-archive settings then check those too.
the folder structure should be retained.
