Auto addresses in word

My friend starts to type an address and word automatically fills in the
entire address. I have the same version word, 2003 and mine doesn't. Any
suggestions.

My guess is that these addresse3s are set up in autotext or autocorrect
entries. You can do this for regularly used addresses. If your addresses are
stored in Outlook, then see http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm for a
method of calling addresses from there that supplements the insert address
function.
