Dear sir

I used to use my pop3 e-mail perfectly but suddenly this problem happened.
I tried to change my out gowning port from 25 to 5 or 7 or 578 but it does
not work when I test it. When I use my old setting for out gowning port 25
it work smoothly in the test it. But when sending e-mail the problem comes
back.

Your quick response is appreciated

Don't post e-mail addresses in ewsgroups (especially from someone else)
unless you want to be spammed.

Do as the error message indicate; set your SMTP server to use
authentication. In your account settings press More Settings...-> tab
Outgoing (SMTP) server.
