Audio Visual problem

Attempting to access audio-visual content on ninemsn
produces the following error message:
OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers
error 80040e31

Please help.

Microsoft does not provide a stand-alone installation package for the ODBC
components and drivers. ODBC can only be installed as part of the Microsoft
Data Access Components ( MDAC ).
