Drivers error in browser

I get this error in any browser I use, IE, Netscape or AOL
so I suspect it's a Windows problem. Does anyone know what
this is or how to fix it?

That's what comes up every time I want to sign into one of
my favorite websites. I haven't had this problem before
and I've had Windows XP for a year now. I uninstalled the
service pack 2 but that didn't help. Any ideas?
