audio soundless

i have install, uninstalled,,,,many times.
at last i found this step then i tried.

even i had followed the step 1-8
like u said , still soundless.

HOPE u can sent somthing wich i can try later.

Which audio portions are we talking about? Voice/video, or just the alert sounds?
