Audio Recorder Prgramm Disappeared

All of a sudden my audio recorder which was found under the
Program/Accessories tab disappeared. How do I reinstall it?
 
Do I file search for "sndrec32.exe", then create a shorcut to it. If you
can't find it, copy it off someone else's computer.
 
Do you know the name of the .exe file? If so:

Right click Start.
Select Open All Users.
Double click the Programs folder.
Double click the Accessories folder.
Right click an empty area in the window.
Select New.
Click Shortcut.
This will open a wizard.
Browse to the location of the .exe file and complete the wizard.
