Audio problems in Movie

I am having problems with my audio in the movies I
create. When I play a clip that I have captured (with
Firewire), the audio and video playback perfectly.
However if I add it to the storyboard, after I add three
or more clips, I lose the audio during preview mode.
Sometimes its all together gone and sometimes it comes
back for a moment. I figured it was just my CPU couldn't
keep up with all the changes in real time. So I rendered
it the hard drive and to the camera and it is the same.

I know many people out there are having similar problems.
I have read about it throughout the newsgroup. However no
resolution seems to be made. Generally those with digital
camcorders are having this problem.

This seems to be an error in Movie Maker but either noone
has told microsoft or they are attempting to fix the
problem or are asking for money for support costs... Who
knows.

Any leads would be great at this point.

Hi there,

If you have read previous messages on this subject, did you go to
www.papajohn.org and look in the problem solving section and at
acceleration and codecs?
