audio problem when recording from TiVo to AIW 9800 Pro

Hello
I have the ATI All-In-Wonder 9800 Pro for my computer. I recentley
purchased a TiVo system. I wanted to save one of the shows on the TiVo to
DVD-R. I plugged in the A/V cables from the Tivo output into the AIW input
(the same way I would a VCR). The picture came through fine when recording
the tivo program to my computer but the audio was barely audible, even when
turning the volume up all the way. I tried testing on different programs
(some were recorded with a very high volume, some low and some medium)

The audio settings on my computer were checked also, and at the time of
recording to the comp, the Line-In and all other settings were set to max.

Can anyone offer any help on how to fix this? I appreciate it if you could.

BTW: The audio is fine when I record directly from the AIW using the TV
signal or recording from a VCR, it is just the TiVo I am having trouble
with.

Thanks,
Adam

If you're using composite inputs then I'd try plugging the Tivo outputs into
some other device that has composite inputs just to see if you have any
volume problems then. I tried this with my Tivo and it seems to work fine.
