AUDIO Help with MSN Instant Messaging Audio

Please help! I am having a problem with each time I try to run audio (using the mic) in instant messenger 6.1. I am logged off IM immediately upon running audio. I have latest version of IE, all patches, latest drivers, everything functions great except IM. I have already uninstalled Windows messenger 5.0., uninstalled XP Home and reinstalled in separate folder) XP, and uninstalled and reinstalled IM. Any ideas??? Please help!

I have had similar problem and it was very frustrating. It has however now been resolved.
Click "start"
click "control panel"
double click "network connections"
right click on Local area connection, then go to "properties"
uncheck "QoS Packet Scheduler"
Restart computer
Then try messenger

This worked on mine. Good luck!
