Audio conversation

I have XP and am using MSN 6.2. Messenger works for instant messaging but
will not connect for an audio conversation. I turn off firewalls, but still
no success. I was able to do this with a dial-up connection, but now I am
using Sympatico high speed. Does anyone know what I can do to get this to
work?
 
Try Windows Messenger 4.7 or MSN Beta 7.0 both have no problems with audio
conversation on my PC. MSN 6.2 didn't work by me also.
