Audigy 2 Platinum!!! HELP!!

I cannot get the drivers to load. I get a code 10
stating the item could not be started. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. I just upgraded to a P4 Asus
motherboard (P4s533) and for the life of me, cannot get
the sound card to start!!
 
I've got the same problem. I've upgraded every driver and
nothing helps. Do you have Nvidia drivers? I think they
are the problem. Do you have onboard Nvidia nforce2? I
think they just can't work together.
