ATX Midi Tower Cases

I'm looking for a decent

- ATX mid-tower case
- are there still any with additional *real* front mains power push button
switch?
- no futuristic spaceship or plastic-warrior design (simple plain front
preferred)
- possibly sound-, USB- and FireWire front sockets (preferred not to be at
the bottom of the case)
- buttons/controls, indicators preferred to be besides the drive bay area and
*not* below it
- industry gray or moderate 2 colour design
- removable mobo tray preferred
- no-gimmicks (windows,lights, LED-fans, and such)),
- 4 x, better 5 x 5-1/4" and
- 2 x, better 3 x 3-1/2" bays external
- >= 2 3-1/2" bays internal (removable cage favoured)
- SMPS >=350W (are there still any ATX SMPS with built in power socket for
monitor as it was common with AT types?)
- price w. S/H shouldn't exceed some $55

Is anybody aware of something that comes close to a majority of my preferences?
