I downloaded it, and installed. As it is already installed, I did a repair,
and it ran no problem

Just downloaded the code two days ago without any problems. Maybe you should
try it with a different browser and/or another pc?

It works fine with me. I tried it on 3 different machine: it works fine on
Vista, XP, and Server 2003. Tried downloading it using IE6, IE7, Firefox,
and finally through Download Accelerator. Worked fine all the time.

Try clearing your browsers history/cache. I think I experienced something
rather similar in the past...
 
OK, it downloads and installs fine on an alternative machine, so the problem
was at my end.
