Every time I attempt to initiate a video communication, an error is generated
and the Windows Messenger locks up ("is not responding"). I need to close it
down via task manager. Also, if someone else initiates the video comm., and
I accept, the same thing happens.
Anyone have any ideas???

Argggghhh!!!!!!

Double click on MSN Messenger icon in tray on the bottom right side of the
screen. Go to Tools and select either Audio/Video tuning Wizard or Audio
Tuning Wizard and setup your MSN Messenger video and audio for the program.
Insure that you have properly installed and setup your Webcam camera first.
This should fix your problem. You also might have to reinstall Messenger
from the internet to get the thing to properly install. If so make sure your
webcam has been properly installed first.
