Attempt to import photos gets a "Undefined Error"

WMM worked for a while, and overnight, all 4 of the household machines
updated and now WMM will not import photos. I have done the quartz.dll fix
and the compatibility changes to no success. Have the latest updates,
including WMP 10. I really need this program to work if at all possible. Any
suggestions appreciated.
