Attachments not seen OLXP

When someone receives an attachment with the .eml
extension caused by forwarding of another email (usually
from AOL). The attachment line shows up so you know you
have an attachment, but the you cannot see the
attachment. It has the scroll bars on the right of the
message, but they are greyed out. We can go to File, Save
Attachment and save it, but most times we do not want to
do this.

Any ideas?

Instead of INSERTING the forwarded message as an ATTACHMENT, change your
settings to include the original message in the forwarded message text.

Not only will this solve the problem, but you'll find that it is much easier
to just read the message than to have to open attachments just to read the
original text.
