Attachments not delivered as original JPG files??

When I create a NEW email with attachments, the attachments are INSERTED
inside the email instead of the attachment box under the SUBJECT, it is then
delivered as a DAT attachment. Hence no one can read these. However, if I
REPLY to an email and send attchments, they are properly inserted into the
attachment box and delivered as JPG's. ????

You are sending new email in Rich text Format to non-Outlook users. Change
your Email Format to either plain text or HTML. When you reply to an email,
the reply is composed in the format that was sent to you - ie NOT Rich Text
Format!
