ATTACHMENTS IN OUTLOOK

I apologize if this is a duplication of this question, but I'm not sure my
previous question got posted.

After using Outlook without any problems with attachments, I got a message
while attempting to attach a file stating: "Can't create file: (File name is
entered here.) Right click the folder you want to create the file in, and
then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the
folder."

I have no idea what "folder" they are referring to. The only workaround I
have found is renaming the file then it works for a while and then the
problem comes back again. Can someone help me with this problem? It's really
agravating!!!
