attachments in outlook express

A friend of mine is running Windows XP and Outlook Express 2000. OE is
blocking all access to attachments, like photos and pictures. HBow can one
remedy this. Thanks very much. All help is greatly appreciated.
 
Go to Tools || Options || Security || and uncheck the "do not allow
attachments......."

Interesting! Where did he ever find copy of MS Outlook Express 2000? I can
find MS Outlook 2000, and I can find MS Outlook Express 6; but I surely
can't find MS Outlook Express 2000!
