I am not getting very far with WLM discussion so I am asking you because I am
assuming it is a similar solution in WM. When I send a photo attachment, the
receiver is getting 5 or more copies. Any thoughts on how to fix this? I
know it is not a big deal but it is creating rather large emails!

Thank you :)

Hey Bob,
I just wanted to let you know that your suggestion worked. I bow to the Guru.

Although sending two copies is not unheard of, I've never heard
of 5 or more copies being sent. This could be a first!

Nevermind...it isn't fixed. I did have an identical account that I hadn't
realized existed. Must have been a set up problem on my end. I cancelled it
and sent myself an email with a photo and it seemed ok. However, when I
tried with someone else later, the problem still existed. I think there is
some confusion about my problem. It is not lots of email copies..it is lots
of copies of the attachment.

Multiple copies of the attachment is a new issue for me.
I don't recall seeing this before. Are you using WM or WLM? Try both
to see of you can narrow the problem down.

I am using WLM but that I can't get an answer in that discussion. I don't
think it is interesting enough. : ) Maybe I will re-post there. Sorry to be
of trouble.

Are you sure it's lots of copies, instead of one copy broken into multiple
parts sent as separate messages?

Honestly Robert, I don't know because I don't know what that would look like.
I just know that if I send say 1 photo, the receiver gets that same photo at
least 5 times...as five individual attachments. This has been going on for
several days.

If it's multiple parts, most of them wouldn't appear as pictures when
received
until combined and decoded.

ok, that I do know...the ones that can be opened are pictures. Usually,
there is 1 or 2 that can't be opened at all.

You know Bob at this point I am wondering if I should just uninstall
everything and then install it all again.
