Attachments appearing in the email body

Using Office 2003 - Outlook 2003 w/ Word 2003 as email editor and Rich Text
format.

How do I make attachments appear in their own box under the Subject instead
of in the email body?
 
Use "HTML" or "Plain Text" formats, rather than "Rich Text".
"Rich Text" is the only format attachments are inserted as icons in the
body of the message. And it's not a feature of Outlook2003, OutlookXP did the
same. I don't recall Outlook2000, that's too far ago :):)
